I'm lvl 15 and in Lion's Arch, where can i get +50 cloth armor?

You can get 51 def armor from collectors starting near Quarrel Falls/Vantari's Refuge. or 45 def armor from the crafters.

Once you get to Amnoon/Augury Rock it'll be 60 from collectors. I think the crafter sets are 55 by that time.
